Friday, May 17th, 2019: 

3-5:30 PM Check-in 

5:30-6:30 PM Welcome Yoga Flow lead by Kela Ganzer (Backwards Yoga) and Reiki Energy Healing by Abby Webster-Moran. 

7 PM Welcome Dinner provided by Prep to Table. Welcome speaker by Emma Hicks (Camp Climb)

Saturday, May 18th, 2019

7-8 AM Breakfast provided by BAKED 

Optional Morning Flow with Deb Spengler on lodge lawn

9 AM-11 AM Camp Activity (Choose from 1 activity within your registration) 

Activities include: 

Climbing Wall | Lakefront (Kayaks/Paddleboards) | Low Ropes | Zip Line

11:30 AM-1 PM Lunch provided by Free Spirit Yoga Studio (Clinton, IA) 

1-5 PM Yoga Workshop with guest instructor, Ali, from Chicago! 

6 PM Dinner provided by WOE Pizza; wine tasting

This is your “Be one with nature and get back to your roots” option. This lodging option is an A-frame cabin, screened in that fits 4 people. Restrooms located near the cabins and a short walk to the showers at the Pool House. You will have a short walk to the Main Lodge for yoga activities. Cost for this losing option is $425.

This is your Modern Bunk option. This option is your “inside” option with air conditioning/heat. There are restrooms and showers located in each of the wings of the bunk options. The wings are all attached to the Main Lodge for yoga activities. Each wing holds 20 people in bunk style beds. There is also a “living area” in each wing for social gathering.
Cost for this lodging is $500.
Limit 50 yogis.
