A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME

Angela is a 200-Hour certified yoga instructor.  Three years ago she took her first yoga class and after discovering she had Spondylolisthesis (slippage of the L5 vertabrae caused by a compound fracture) she knew she had to keep yoga as part of her daily routine.  Throughout her journey she has learned how many benefits come from a consistent yoga practice outside of learning poses, but rather how yoga translates to a healthy lifestyle beyond the physical body.  Angela has a passion for helping students grow within their practice while healing the mind, body, and spirit.  Her classes provide students a feeling of depth, strength, power, and grace- allowing them to let go and focus on themselves & work towards their goals one class at a time.
