Beth has been in the fitness industry for more years than she can remember. She has been teaching all varieties of Group Fitness classes, Spinning, Cross Training, HIIT, Boot Camp, Strength and Yoga. She was active in high school and college and has continued to stay active ever since. For her personal fitness, she loves to walk, run, bike, cross train, and practice yoga. She considers herself fortunate to be an instructor and share the her love of fitness in all of her classes. When you take a class with Beth, be prepared to workout at your ability. She takes into consideration that we are all at different levels and works at pushing you to YOUR personal limit. Beth believes that our bodies need a complete workout – including heart, body, and mind. Beth strives for an intentional workout for all.
